Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
This policy explains what Haygood Ideas, Inc., doing business as After Hours AI, collects, why, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Business account information you give us: name, business name, address, email, phone number, and billing details.
- Call information: recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and the details a caller provides, such as their name, callback number and what they are calling about.
- Usage information: call counts, durations and timestamps used for billing and quality.
Callers to your business
When someone calls your forwarded line, we process what they say in order to answer them and pass their message to you. Your callers' information belongs to your business. We act as a service provider handling it on your behalf. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your callers.
How we use information
- To answer calls and deliver messages and leads to you.
- To bill you and support your account.
- To monitor and improve answer quality.
- To meet legal obligations.
What we never do
We do not sell your information or your callers' information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use third parties to deliver the service, including telephony, speech recognition, speech synthesis, AI model, hosting and payment providers. They may process information only to perform services for us. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
Retention
We keep call recordings, transcripts and lead records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete records sooner.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to access, correct, export or delete information we hold about you or your business, or to ask us to stop recording calls on your line. We respond within 30 days.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent so we can text you call summaries, new leads and account notices. We keep a record of when and how consent was given. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for message frequency and full program details.
Call recording
Recording and transcription laws vary by state. You are responsible for any caller notification your jurisdiction requires. Tell us if you want recording disabled on your line and we will turn it off.
Security
We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We will post updates here with a new effective date. Questions go to [email protected] or (813) 822-0280.
